Setup
What you set up after signup
A short checklist before clients can sign up — organisation details, Stripe Connect, then your profile and availability. You can finish most of it from Command Center.
Organisation & profile
- Organisation name, support email, and industry
- Logo and theme for your client-facing pages
- Published Terms of service and Privacy policy
- Consultant profile — job title, avatar, bio, and links
- Calendar connection (Google or Microsoft 365)
- Availability — weekday hours for self-service booking
Stripe Connect
Required before clients can sign up.
Connect Stripe so clients can pay your organisation. Public signups and payments stay off until onboarding is complete.
- Start Stripe Connect from your dashboard
- Complete Express onboarding with Stripe (identity and bank details)
- Refresh connection status in Flumin when you are done
- Client payments go to your connected account; payouts go to your bank
Client signups stay disabled until support email, logo, Stripe Connect, and published Terms & Privacy are complete. Profile and availability can follow.
