The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to Flumin software subscription fees billed through Paddle. It does not cover client payments you collect with your own payment provider or mark as paid manually. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.

Client payments
Connect your own payment provider (Stripe at launch, more coming) or record manual and bank-transfer payments. Flumin never holds client money and takes no fee. Refunds of those charges are between you and your client — they are not Flumin subscription refunds.
