How billing works
14-day trial
Solo Starter includes a 14-day free trial. Choose a plan in the app after signup — checkout stays on your Flumin billing page.
After the trial
When the trial ends, the practice becomes read-only. If you do not pick a paid plan, the account is then disabled.
No platform fee
Connect your own payment provider later, or record manual and bank-transfer payments. Flumin never holds client money and takes no fee.
VAT by country
List prices are in EUR, excluding VAT. Each visitor sees local currency, and tax inclusive or exclusive, for their country. If Paddle pricing does not load, we show the EUR list price excluding VAT.

Cancel any time from Billing in the app.
Refunds through Paddle
You can request a refund of Flumin subscription charges through Paddle, our merchant of record. We typically honour requests made within 30 days of purchase, subject to the terms shown at checkout. Payments for Flumin plans are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
